Founded with a Mission to establish India Japan Global Partnership, India Center celebrated its Foundation Day at Hotel Okura, in Tokyo on Second July, 1996. The occasion witnessed around hundred supporters who gathered at the venue to listen to the thought process on India Japan Global Partnership. India Center’s Chairman Mr. Vibhav Kant Upadhyay communicated his ideas about the vision of the organization to the guests.
