    VOICE OF INDIA

Japan and India are two countries with deep historical and cultural ties. In a rapidly changing regional and international environment, marked by globalization and
Asian resurgence, Japan and India are natural partners. We have a common interest in ensuring long-term peace, a stable equilibrium and in promoting economic integration in the region.

The synergies and complementarities in the society, culture and economies of India and Japan, offer immense potential for enhanced cooperation that will benefit both countries. With the commonality of our values and broad convergence of our enlightened national interests, an India-Japan partnership has the potential to create a ripple effect of positive developments. Not just for the two countries, but for Asia as a whole and in turn, the world as well.

India Center, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, has been working to present this vibrant picture of modern India to the Japanese people and to accelerate the expansion of a mutually beneficial partnership.
